Carefully review the following options, as returns and refunds will only be processed when the appropriate method is used to return eligible items. If returns are not shipped within the time period stated below, then refunds cannot be issued and/or the merchandise cannot be shipped back to you.

 

If you find your purchase to be unsatisfactory, it may be returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued, to the original form of payment, for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) plus applicable tax if items are returned in original condition within 30 days.

 

Please send us the item that you would like to return and a packing slip that you received with the item. If you don’t have a packing slip, print out the Shipping Confirmation email that was sent when your order was shipped and include it in the box. Write the Order Number on the outside of the box.
